South Austin is the northernmost stop on our I-35 corridor route system. We added South Austin coverage after enough customers in Shady Hollow, Manchaca, and the Slaughter Lane area asked — our Buda and Kyle routes run right past on the way, so the geographic fit made sense.
Service in South Austin runs on bi-weekly plans. The same fixed schedule and auto-billing applies — your yard gets mowed, edged, and blown every two weeks without any coordination required on your end.

Basic (up to 5,000 sq ft): $60/bi-weekly. Medium (5,001–10,000 sq ft): $80/bi-weekly. Corner lot (10,001+ sq ft): $100/bi-weekly. No fuel surcharges or distance fees.
