Yes โ our Basic, Medium, and Corner Lot plans are priced and structured for single-family homes. We do take on commercial properties, but those need a separate custom quote rather than a flat subscription tier. Commercial lawn care โ
Plans are based on total lot size. Basic fits lots up to 5,000 sq ft (roughly โ acre). Medium covers 5,001โ10,000 sq ft. Corner Lot handles 10,001+ sq ft. Your county appraisal district website lists parcel size for free โ just search your address. If you're not sure, email us and we'll look it up.
Yes. Weekly and bi-weekly are separate subscription products, so switching means canceling one and starting the other. Email us and we'll coordinate the timing so there's no gap or double-charge in the transition.
No โ we're subscription-only. One-off jobs don't fit the route model that keeps our scheduling consistent and pricing flat. If you only need a single visit, another local service would be a better fit for you.
Every visit is the full package: mowing at the right height for your grass type, edging along all hard-surface borders, and blowing clippings off driveways, walks, and patios. No partial visits โ if we're there, you get all three.
Never. We service yards through gate access only. Just make sure the gate is unlocked and any dogs are inside on your service day. We don't knock or call โ we complete the job and go.
If the weather prevents safe mowing, we reschedule to the next available slot on that route โ typically within a day or two. Your billing adjusts automatically, so you won't be charged for a visit that didn't happen. No call needed from you.
Generally yes. Crews are assigned to fixed routes, so the same team covers your neighborhood consistently. Substitutions happen occasionally but aren't the norm โ we don't shuffle crews randomly between service areas.
All plans charge automatically through Stripe on a two-week cycle. You'll get a Stripe receipt by email each billing period. We don't accept checks, cash, or Venmo โ Stripe is the only payment method.
Cancel anytime through the Stripe customer portal โ the link is in every billing receipt. Or email hello@lawnserviceatx.com and we'll handle it. No cancellation fee, no minimum term, and your final service runs through the end of the billing period you already paid for.
We don't have a formal pause option. If you need to stop temporarily, cancel and resubscribe when you're ready โ there's no penalty and no waiting period to restart. We'll get you slotted back onto your route as quickly as availability allows.
Email us at hello@lawnserviceatx.com. If billing didn't sync correctly with a rain delay or our error, we'll issue a credit or refund to your card. We aim to resolve billing issues same or next business day.
San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, New Braunfels, and South Austin โ the I-35 corridor. We don't cover North Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Wimberley, or areas outside this corridor. Geographic focus is how we stay on schedule.
Possibly. Email your full address to hello@lawnserviceatx.com and we'll check route proximity. If you're near the edge of our coverage we may be able to fit you in. If not, we'll say so clearly rather than taking you on and showing up inconsistently.
Yes โ we carry general liability insurance. Email us at hello@lawnserviceatx.com to request proof. We can provide a certificate if your HOA or property manager requires it.
