San Marcos is our home base. Our densest routes run here, which means your service day is highly reliable and wait times for new customers are typically short. We cover most residential neighborhoods inside the San Marcos city limits.
We offer both weekly and bi-weekly plans in San Marcos — one of the few areas where both frequencies are available. During peak Texas growing season, weekly mowing keeps yards from getting out of hand between visits.
Areas served: Hunter Road, Paloma Lake, Trace, Spring Branch, Texas State University area, Blanco Vista, River Ridge, and most established neighborhoods inside city limits.
Basic (up to 5,000 sq ft): $60/bi-weekly. Medium (5,001–10,000 sq ft): $80/bi-weekly. Corner lot (10,001+ sq ft): $100/bi-weekly. Weekly plans billed at the same per-visit rate on a weekly cycle.
We're not a franchise. We live and operate here — which means we know the neighborhoods, the grass types (Bermuda and St. Augustine dominate), and the seasonal patterns of Central Texas lawns.
